I have been without a refrigerator for two weeks! The blue clueless had two men at our house in one day. The refrigerator, dishwasher and stove are all broken. They sent two people and the third comes on Monday. A differnt person for each appliance! I called six times and got a different story each time. The refrigerator and stove are under warranty, not the dishwasher, which was 1200.00. It needs a 200.00 part. The refrigerator needs a part and won't be in until next week and the stove, well they don't know what is wrong with it, but another crew can come on Monday. NEVER will I buy an appliance from Sears again! Never! The service is awful, they lie to you about everything from time slots to parts to service technicians abilities. I am so disappointed in a store that used to have a good reputation back in my childhood. One thing in all this that stays in my mind, on the phone the customer service rep said "its not like these are new appliances, they are two years old" so remember that when purchasing from them, two years old is about all you get! The refrigerator is 3,700.00 GE Profile and two years old, they ordered a part, but don't know for sure if it will fix it. How awful for us that we have to go through this and the lies that still keep coming. I just want new appliances from another store. My 1000.00 refrigerator before this lasted 12 years from Home Depot! Guess where I am going from now on? Sears, Shame on you! Sell those warranty's people need them while they wait for the blue crew, lets hope it cooks the food, keeps it cold and washes the dishes!
